By using Velour Salon Studios services, you agree to these Terms:

1. Suites are leased only for lawful beauty and wellness services.

2. Rent and fees must be paid on time as per the lease agreement.

3. Lessees are responsible for licenses, insurance, and compliance with laws.

4. Suites and common areas must be kept clean and undamaged.

5. Velour is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

6. Lessees must not engage in illegal, hazardous, or disruptive activities.

7. Velour may send service and promotional updates via SMS/email; you can opt out anytime.

8. Either party may terminate the lease per the notice period in the agreement.

9. Velour reserves the right to update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
